Villa 7 of the Las Luces Village is a 3 bedroom escape from the world. Experience a well-equipped space, featuring a roomy kitchen and dining area with a gas burning fireplace, microwave, 2 ovens, full refrigerator, stove top, and dishwasher. Ideal for cooking and hosting dinners while enjoying the pool and valley view. The three bedrooms all offer ultimate privacy with ensuite bathrooms. For added comfort and sleeping flexibility, we provide a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, complete with all the necessary sleeping amenities. On the 2rd floor, a seamless transition awaits with indoor and outdoor seating areas, complemented by stunning valley views.

Guests have full access to their entire villa, the shared pool, and shared firepit.

Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot. Units 6 & 7 each have 1 covered parking spot. All other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. A period of quiet hours is enforced and spans from 10 pm to 7 am. The pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use during the listed quiet hours. Swimming is at your own risk, as no lifeguard is on duty. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Ensure you bring your own firewood for the firepit and wood pellets for the wood pellet grill. Please maintain cleanliness and exhibit courtesy towards fellow facility users.
